Invader Zim is somewhat similar to Pinky & The Brain in terms of plot. Although the show looks dark and possibly unappealing to some at first glance, this show is very funny and in my opinion one of the last best shows that Nick aired before all the garbage they're pumping out now. Invader Zim has found such a cult following, that even over 10 years and only a life-span of 27 episodes, It is loved by all and considered of of Nick's best, as well as a classic. You can find Invader Zim merchandise in almost any store and it is still widely known. Nick has recently been advertising the show on NickToons again for a short period of time, and if DVD sales, TV viewers, and overall high demand is well enough, it has been rumored that Nick will return the series.
